Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and what we do with it.

1. The short version

We collect the minimum data needed to charge you, give you indicator access, and keep the service working. We don't sell your data, run ads against it, or share it with third parties beyond the providers listed below who help us operate.

2. What we collect and why

Email address
Required by Stripe at checkout. Used to send subscription receipts and access notifications. We do not use it for marketing without your separate opt-in.
Payment details
Card number, billing address, etc. — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card data on our servers.
TradingView username
Collected on the success page after payment. Used to grant you private access to the indicators. Stored only as long as your subscription is active.
Subscription status
Whether your plan is active, paused, or canceled. Used to grant or revoke indicator access automatically.
Anonymous analytics
Vercel collects basic page views and performance data (no personal identifiers). Used to monitor uptime and improve the site.

3. Who we share data with

We rely on three third parties to run the service. Each of them processes your data only as needed for their function:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stores your billing details under their PCI-compliant infrastructure. Stripe's privacy policy.
  • TradingView — indicator delivery. Receives your TradingView username so we can grant access to invite-only scripts. TradingView's policies.
  • Vercel — site hosting. Logs basic request data (IP, user agent) for security and uptime monitoring. Vercel's privacy policy.

We do not share your data with any other parties for marketing, profiling, or sale.

4. How long we keep your data

While your subscription is active, we retain the data above. After cancellation:

  • Your TradingView username and active access record are removed within 30 days.
  • Your Stripe customer record is retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
  • You can request deletion of your email and any other personal records by emailing info@thealgoblueprint.com.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights under data protection laws (GDPR for EU/UK residents, CCPA for California, etc.) to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (which means canceling your subscription)

To exercise any of these rights, email info@thealgoblueprint.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. The only cookie set is by Stripe during checkout to maintain your session — that cookie is essential and removed when checkout completes.

7. Children

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Trading is not appropriate for minors and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

All traffic to and from the site is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment data is processed by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 standards (the highest tier). We do not store card numbers, CVCs, or full bank account information at any point.

9. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
